Can Nikita ship & handle bulk containers?

Yes we can pack in 5 lit cans, 50/200 lit containers, 1KL IBCs, to 20KL ISO tanks

Can you handle hazardous cargo?

Yes we can handle most hazardous cargo in UN approved packaging materials.

Do you allow pre-shipment sampling or third party inspections?

Yes, we welcome both, they are key to transparency and building trust.

Does Nikita have distributors outside of India?

Nikita has relationships with distributors and resellers in Europe and the USA. However, we are capable of shipping goods globally subject to proper forecasts.

What is IT-enabled QC?

We have implemented an ERP system to track our sales and purchase orders, inventory, manufacturing and QAQC process. The system generates RM/FG batch numbers, and enforces RM/FG testing before making the goods available for consumption or sale.

The system is designed such that it cannot be manually overridden. This ensures responsibility is assigned to individuals who carry out the testing and clear the materials along at each stage. It also facilitates traceability along the entire procurement to sales process.

Does Nikita have any financial stability/ credit rating?

Crisil has awarded Nikita a Performance and Credit Rating of MSE1, the highest available rating for Small and Medium Enterprises.
